See the media and techniques I used to create these Op Art Shamrocks. Who says it's not easy being green? ... Oh Ya, Kermit ... well, no matter, it can still be fun finding ways to make green using different mixed media and technique combinations. I hope you'll enjoy trying out some ways to make green yourself!
Don't feel like you have to make any of the media experiments exactly like my examples. I hope my examples will inspire you to try out some new mixed media combination and work with the media you have available. I've provided a few affiliate links in this post just in case you're looking for some new media to purchase.
I used Crayola Watercolor Pencils for this experiment.
I love using my Fiskar texture plates (I have 3 sets) but you can also see how to make your own textures in this blog post.
I used Kori-noor Woodless Colored Pencils for this shamrock.
If you'd like to see a quick 2 min. demo of the techniques for this shamrock you can click on the video below.
I used Prismacolor Colored Pencils for this shamrock.
The humble crayon :-)
You can always just use crayons to color the pages!
The Fiskar texture plates are optional.
If you like the Shamrock Coloring pages and media experiment pages, you can find them in my TpT store and Website store.
